This agreement is between the Operator and registered users of MarkNow (the "Services").
Please read all terms carefully and complete registration as instructed.
By clicking "Agree", you acknowledge and accept all terms.
The Operator may modify or supplement the terms and publish updates; continued use means acceptance.
Use of services
Provide accurate password and email during registration.
You are responsible for your account security and activities under it.
You agree to receive commercial information from the Operator.
The Operator is not liable for deletion or storage failures of user content.
If you violate the terms, the Operator may suspend or terminate services.
Account deletion service is available via the contact in this agreement.
Prohibited: transfer, lend, resell, or share accounts (personal use only).
Membership benefits
When you subscribe to a MarkNow membership, you will enjoy the corresponding membership benefits. Please refer to the in-app Membership Center benefits description for details.
Changes and modifications
The Operator may change terms and publish them on the platform.
If you disagree, you may stop using the services.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
The Operator may suspend or terminate any service without liability.
Upon termination, you have no right to process unfinished info or services.
Privacy protection
The Operator will not disclose user data except with consent, as required by law, by legal procedure, or to protect public interests and legitimate rights.
User rights and obligations
You must comply with PRC laws and not use the Services for illegal activities.
Do not upload, display or disseminate illegal/inappropriate content (e.g., undermining national security, obscenity, violence, infringement, etc.).
Do not use the network service system for illegal purposes.
Do not create or spread malware or engage in behaviors harming network security.
If you breach the above, the Operator may cancel your account and pursue liability.
You must protect the interests of the Operator and other users; compensate for losses caused by violations.
Ownership
Service contents (including software) are protected by laws.
Without permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or transmit source code, trademarks, etc.
You bear all liabilities arising from violations.
Disclaimer
You assume all risks and consequences of using the Services; the Operator is not liable.
No warranty that services meet your needs, are uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
The Operator is not liable for losses due to hacking, viruses, government control, hardware failure, force majeure, etc.
Other provisions
Disputes are governed by PRC laws and under the court at the Operator's domicile.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
